The purchase Agreement may include any condition that is for the sole benefit of the purchaser and that is agreed to by the Vendor (ie.,the sale of an existing dwelling, Purchaser financing or a basement walkout). The Purchase Agreement may specify that the Purchaser has a right to terminate the Purchase Agreement if any such condition is not met, and may set out the terms on which termination by the purchaser may be effected. 这个条件对我们有利吗？
