Heavy Equipment Operator (水城百事)

Your primary responsibilities will include operating heavy equipment in the summer and snow removal duties as assigned in winter. A skilled communicator with the ability to keep accurate written records, you are an effective team member and have strong customer service skills. You must have a grade 12 diploma or the equivalent and be able to perform a wide variety of duties including manual labour and competently driving a dump truck. You also have a valid DZ driver's licence, are available for winter call-outs as needed, and are a competent person as defined by the Ontario Health and Safety Act. Your competency on the rubber tired backhoe and loader along with dump truck driving skills will be tested. Preference will be given to those demonstrating proficiency in grader, excavator, and dozer operation.

Rate-of-pay: $24.10 - $25.54 per hour Competition #9-68
