我试过买了一台新的BELL手机并开套餐，隔天就认为不合适去退回，因为没有打超过30分钟，按照合同是不用陪的，怎知道到了月结的时候，竟然说找不到我退回的手机，说要我赔400元。真他妈的！我说我有退回电话的收据，他们说就算有但是找不到手机，我还是要负责任

从这个月开始，我正式完全脱离Bhell了。家里没有任何直接和他们以及Rogers有关的服务，没有来自他们任何一家的账单，清爽了。

Bell做事是不太像大公司,换了几个CEO,口碑也来越差----1.自己的承诺不承认(这点简直就是小作坊很看不起)2.根本没有客户服务的概念3.客服人员素质很差,经理也是.建议Rogers,目前觉得他的客户服务比较好

我从Yak转Bell，然后没有说长途计划，他们也没问我，突然我们家不能打长途了，然后自动给我断了，为了保护我的利益，结果打中国$3/分钟，不到一个星期，charge我2百多，我找他们经理争了半天，最后算我5分钱一分钟，但要叫68块的长途connection fee, 真是没有天理
