3 bdrms+1 bath on second floor and 1 bdr+1 bath+living space in basement. All major appliances included.

Move in mid-May for a lease until end of next April, we will only charge 11 months of rent (yes, stay for free for the 2 weeks in May).

$1800 per month plus utilities. Clean student or professionals only, no party animals please.
