这种银行很有点让人害怕

多次查过，应该不会错，最近常使用信用卡，因为所有的现金几乎存进去了（手里现金一般不会少于1000，存入之前多次数过，本人出错可能性极小。被pc的人或者程序给搞没了，现在很难要回来，

receipt is useless since it is only the amount you input on screen, they accept this. just not accept the real amount, I am old fashioned,

如果现金需要存，尽量不要用pc，10几年间用过其他的银行几十次甚至上百次，pc就两次，就出问题了

难道你没有打印reciept？我一般存取40刀以上，都保留存根一个月。

yeah, they claimed that they have done investigation several times. Do not know how the do the investigation or review. I just remember that 1k I deposited disappeared in the process from PC's atm machine to account.

They claimed they went through several review/check, still insist that amount, though we remember clearly we counted several time and cannot make such a big mistake.

Anybody works for bank. If there is dispute cannot be resolved with bank. Is there any agency in this country we can report to?
