有这事？我至今还没碰到，每次支票都很准时寄到。如果碰到此类情况一定换公司，信用卡公司有的是，当然是哪儿服务好去哪儿啦。

欠我两个50的支票，托了快半年了就是不给。打电话过去就说在查，要再等两个月。估计咱们中国人都按时还钱，他们挣不到利息，就不想给cash back了。别的信用卡没这样的，太没信用了。

还是不如mbna的，这个有年费39，我们通过营业部的工作人员把它免掉了，但是以后每年都得提前打招呼

PC 的Cheque账户也很好，没有Transaction 限制，而且支票也是免费的，需要柜台服务就去CIBC, 在CIBC柜员机取现也不收费

The link above has information about how to apply. Use the link under the headings “EDIT #16” or “EDIT #17”. I used “EDIT #16” but I think “EDIT #17” is more recent.

If you have already been MBNA credit card customer, call them to switch this card. Usually, they don't allow you to do so. Then tell them you will cancel the card. Or you just cancel original card and apply the new one.

Yes. I am using now. It collects MBNA points first. After 5000 points, MBNA will mail you $50 cheque. Then you collect points again. The card is platinum plus card which includes travel insurance and rent card insurance. But you had better pay off the full mount of your expenses because the interest of the card is high (19.99%). For most Chinese People, they never let credit card company to charge them interest as they always fully payoff.
