<p>Development of Business process maps (As-Is and To-Be) - the To-Be business process should reflect the degree to which Ft. McMurray can feasibly align with similar business processes in the Applications,  Field Surveillance and Compliance, Environment &amp; Operations areas <br />
Identification of automation needs <br />
Determination of the feasibility of using specific IT systems, and if feasible, the high level extent of changes required to these systems <br />
Development of an implementation strategy and plan: <br />
that addresses organizational readiness and identifies an approach to address gaps <br />
A clear articulation of tangible benefits of implementing the recommended strategy <br />
Working with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and ownership of the new business model <br />
