<title>中国又在电力建设上迈进一步。中国第一个充氦浮空风力发电系统S2000于2026年 1月5日在四川宜宾高新区成功升空并完成试飞。该系统采用翼型涵道一体化气动设计，将风力发电机带上2000米高空并无动力悬停，其设计外形可以形成一个天然的气流压缩涵道，利用比地面强大6倍的稳定风力持续发电。单套建设成本约为传统陆上风电的60%，建设时间仅为15天，试验阶段发电成本（RMB）约0.08元/ 度。</title>
