大葱是黄河流域及其以北的特产，是鲁菜的主要调味品之一。比中国超市的葱(其实现在多数是大葱苗了)大，长度要到一米左右，葱白长且粗(可以到25mm上下)。可以冬天储存，适合做葱花，葱油等
