The Waterloo Region Small Business Centre (SBC) is a private/public sector partnership that works with small and medium size businesses throughout the Region providing information, assistance, and support to facilitate successful start-ups and continuation of those enterprises. We are looking for an individual to provide leadership and direction and who has a passion for business.

You will be responsible for all aspects of the operation of the SBC and its two satellite offices, reporting directly to the Executive Director of Economic Development for the City of Kitchener and to the Board of Advisors for the SBC. Responsibilities include revenue generation through attraction of new sponsorships and renewal of core funding partnerships, in addition to financial management, media relations, programming, events, marketing, long term planning, and staff supervision. A three year business or related degree/diploma is required as well as a minimum of four years related experience.

Salary range: $68,218 - $85,273 per annum
