Yes. I am using now. It collects MBNA points first. After 5000 points, MBNA will mail you $50 cheque. Then you collect points again. The card is platinum plus card which includes travel insurance and rent card insurance. But you had better pay off the full mount of your expenses because the interest of the card is high (19.99%). For most Chinese People, they never let credit card company to charge them interest as they always fully payoff.
