Development of Business process maps (As-Is and To-Be) - the To-Be business process should reflect the degree to which Ft. McMurray can feasibly align with similar business processes in the Applications, Field Surveillance and Compliance, Environment & Operations areas
Identification of automation needs
Determination of the feasibility of using specific IT systems, and if feasible, the high level extent of changes required to these systems
Development of an implementation strategy and plan:
that addresses organizational readiness and identifies an approach to address gaps
A clear articulation of tangible benefits of implementing the recommended strategy
Working with key stakeholders to gain buy-in and ownership of the new business model
