Requirement:
Fluent in English Speaking
Good oral and written communication skills
Basic science or engineering knowledge
Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word, Outlook
Multi-task working skills
Team worker
Customer oriented
Fast learner
2nd language an asset: Chinese, Spanish or French
High school diploma, post secondary education is preferred

Duties:
Taking phone calls from customers
Reply to emails
Live chat with customers
Monitor inventory and update online stock status
Prepare quote and invoices
Help customers to place orders
Answer basic technical questions
Process and update orders
