别人也不锻炼还减肥节食,可为什么精神头十足,看起来很有活力。为什么我每周5次的要么游泳要么走路,也不节食正常吃饭,可为什么我总是感觉累啊,没劲啊。运动没有让我变的强壮啊。哪儿有问题吗? (水城百事)
