听说是根据收入来的，高收入的不抵。就算能抵的也依然要缴很多，基数太大！不过很多税都用在教育上，一般都能找到好学校。

property tax和房租同等对待，填到ON-BEN这张表里面。一般一年的地税比房租低很多，如果收入偏高，可能作用不大
